The RICS Level 2 Survey is a physical inspection of the property and a report which provides an in depth overview of the condition of the property and any risks it may contain.
This intermediate level of service includes a more extensive visual inspection of the building, it’s services and grounds, but still without tests.
What does the RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Report include?
The surveyor inspects the inside and outside of the main building and all permanent outbuildings, recording the construction and significant visible defects that are evident.
