Once the survey is completed, we aim to get the report written and issued within 5 working days. A quicker turnaround is possible for urgent instructions

Payment is due prior to the survey taking place.

Should the services be cancelled prior to the survey taking place, we will refund 100% of the fee. If the service is cancelled after the survey but prior to the report being written we can offer a 50% refund.

Unfortunately we do not currently provide valuations as part of our reports as these are generally carried out by the Lender and do not provide the same level of detail about a properties condition as the RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 surveys.

Yes. Once instructed, we will contact the Estate Agent or Vendor directly to arrange a suitable time for the survey to take place.
