Condition Report

RICS Level 2
Homebuyers Report

  • Once the survey is completed, we aim to get the report written and issued within 5 working days. A quicker turnaround is possible for urgent instructions

  • Payment is due prior to the survey taking place.

  • Should the services be cancelled prior to the survey taking place, we will refund 100% of the fee. If the service is cancelled after the survey but prior to the report being written we can offer a 50% refund.

  • We offer a 10% discount for NHS staff. We also offer a 10% repeat customer discount on our Surveys.

  • All our quoted prices include VAT to give you the total cost of the service

  • Yes. Even Leasehold properties can cause a financial burden if you are not fully aware of the condition of the property. See the links below for advice on Leasehold properties.

  • Unfortunately we do not currently provide valuations as part of our reports as these are generally carried out by the Lender and do not provide the same level of detail about a properties condition as the RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 surveys.

  • Yes. Once instructed, we will contact the Estate Agent or Vendor directly to arrange a suitable time for the survey to take place.

  • Absolutely! We always ask our customers to arrange a time with us to discuss the reports so we can highlight the main points and answer any queries you may have.

  • We kindly ask that our customers do not attend the survey with us so that we can ensure there are no distractions and the survey is carried out thoroughly.
